Sourdough Discard Pancakes
Sourdough pancakes are fluffy, tender and just tangy enough to make them more interesting than your standard pancake mix. They're also one of my favorite low-stress ways to use discard because you mix the batter at night and then finish it off in the morning. Add berries or chocolate chips if desired!
